Daily updated rates are made available on a mortgage sourcing system direct to the broker's laptop, then using their experience and knowledge they can source the mortgage that best suits your individual needs and requirements.

Once the mortgage has been chosen and the application has been made, the mortgage is passed to our administration department, where the application will be looked after by our team of administrators.

They will liaise with your estate agent, your solicitors, the surveyor and the lender to make sure that the process goes as smoothly and as quickly as we can make, they will update you by telephone, e-mail and text as the mortgage progresses, allowing you to concentrate on your normal daily business.
