Established in 2002 and part of the international “TAZAKI GROUP” JAC Mortgages is now looking to expand its operation across the United Kingdom, by the setting up of its

“National Introducer Network”

JAC Mortgages is offering you the chance to be part of this network by becoming a mortgage introducer. You do not need any qualifications and there is no financial outlay, all you need to do is refer mortgage leads to us, and when we have concluded the transaction, a percentage of the fee will be paid to you.

HERES HOW IT WORKS

As a mortgage introducer all you need to do is to let people that you deal with or meet, know that if they need or are thinking about a new mortgage we have access to the whole of the UK mortgage market. Then, all you do is e-mail, fax or post us their contact details, on one of our mortgage lead forms and tell them that someone from JAC Mortgages will be calling within 24 hours to help and give them advice on their new mortgage.

Once we have the details, their information and the fact that you introduced them is logged on to our mortgage processing software, the consultant that is allocated the client would then make contact and start to advise them on how we can help, your work is effectively finished.

The process is then a standard mortgage enquiry, We proceed to advise clients on which lender to use, making the application for them and then our administration department will progress the mortgage right through until the transaction completes, you can have the option to be advised of the progress or just when the commission is ready to be paid out.

JAC Mortgages is Authorised & Regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA), registration number 313818 and all our consultants are fully qualified with the relevant CeMAP qualifications.

You can rest assured that any clients you introduce will be dealt with in a professional manner with best advice and service paramount in our service charter.
It’s very simple, the more people you introduce to us, the more commission you will earn, and as we have no boundaries, we can advise on mortgages right across the UK.

A LITTLE MORE INFORMATION ON WHAT AND HOW WE DO THINGS

As we are not tied to any bank, building society or mortgage club, we have access to well over 120 lenders, the advice we offer is completely un-bias and is only based on what the client requires or needs, nothing else is a factor. Some of the lenders we have access to include:

All our consultants are CeMAP qualified and have experience in giving mortgage advice, once they have made contact with the client and issued the Initial Disclosure Document (IDD) they will proceed to complete and client fact find (in accordance with FSA regulations), once this has been completed we are legally allowed to search the market and start to give advice.


RESEARCH

We use a mortgage sourcing system called “Trigold” this gives us access to over 100 lenders and potentially over 8000 different types of mortgage products, once we have broken this down to a few lenders and products that would be suitable for the clients, we produce Key Facts Illustrations (mortgage illustrations) which are sent and discussed with the clients.

Once we have all agreed on what would be the best lender & product for the clients, we arrange for the application forms and all of the related paperwork to be sent to the clients, completed and returned to us, so that we can then make the application on behalf of the client.

The clients do very little work, we do it all for them.

THE PROCESS

Once the application has been submitted, the case is passed over to our administration department who will progress the case through to completion liaising with the lender, solicitors, surveyors and if they are involved the estate agents.

Basically our job is not finished until the client’s mortgage has completed.

Once the case has been completed the lender will send us the procuration
fee, this can take anywhere between 24 hours and 4 weeks. It will be a percentage of the amount of money lent to the client, once we receive the fee, the agreed percentage is sent to you, so as you can see we do all the work and you get paid.

The actual work involved for you is minimal and the client doesn’t have the hassle of going up and down the high road or for that matter the internet highway looking for what they are told is the best mortgage.

HOW WE CAN HELP YOU MAKE MORE MONEY

It’s very easy to sit back and wait until you are asked the question “Do you know anyone who can help me with a mortgage” (that’s re-active) and lets face it, how many times would someone come up and ask that question, we want and expect more than that, we are and expect you to be “PRO-ACTIVE” in our search for new clients.

We expect you to actually offer our services by making sure you make other people know you are connected to a national mortgage brokerage and we will offer you assistance by way of leaflets/cards to hand out to potential clients.

These cards will carry our name and contact details but will also have a place to put your name and contact details, however any client that contacts us will be asked how they became aware of us and your involvement in the case will be acknowledged.

It’s possible based on basic figures to work out that an introducer producing 15 leads per month could potentially be earning in excess of a £1000 per month.

Almost everyone you meet will at one time have or want a mortgage and given that we offer an unbiased assessment of the whole of the UK mortgage market, how could the client not benefit from our advice.
